Named for the keeper of order.
Tyr was the Norse god of law and of single combat. When the gods needed to bind the wolf Fenrir, the one creature that could not be held, Tyr gave his oath and his hand to see it done. Order, kept at a price. We make the things that keep a house in order: a place for the keys, the letters, the watch, the throw by the fire.
The HallThe Weave
The house weave.
Every piece is woven by hand from strips of full-grain calf, over and under, then finished with saddle stitching, painted edges and solid brass. It darkens where your hands rest on it. That is the point.
